Housfy is a Spanish proptech that runs an integrated "home services" ecosystem, combining property sales and rentals, mortgage brokerage, property/community administration (administración de fincas), insurance and related home services on a single digital platform (MyHousfy). Founded in Barcelona and backed by €50M+ across six rounds through a €30M Series B led by Frog Capital in 2022, it has scaled to 60+ offices across Catalonia and Madrid and 800+ staff, partly via 14 acquisitions of traditional agencies and property-management firms. It reached profitability recently and projects ~€55M revenue and €7M+ EBITDA for 2026.
