Proptex

Proptex was a Barcelona-based proptech SaaS startup building a 360º tenant experience and property operations platform, digitising communication, incident management and services for rental portfolios such as student residences, coliving, build-to-rent, tenant communities, offices, coworking and tourist apartments, with AI-driven process automation and a tenant marketplace. Founded in December 2020 by former WeWork real estate director Sandra Muñoz together with CTO Hugo Freire Gil and Nuclio Venture Builder founder Carlos Blanco as chairman, it raised a ~€200K round in 2021 targeting 15,000 managed assets, and later combined with fellow Nuclio proptech Eelp! under the EelpTEX brand.
