PProhipotecas
Prohipotecas is a Spanish mortgage-tech platform that acts as a B2B "mortgage partner" for real estate agencies, individual agents, financial advisors and law firms, handling their clients' mortgage process end to end in exchange for shared commissions (advertised up to 30%). It offers client prescoring built on machine-learning scoring, real-time connections to banks, a mortgage CRM, document control and operation tracking, and has worked with 2,500+ real estate agents. Launched in 2019 out of Nuclio Venture Builder by the founders of the consumer mortgage fintech Finteca, it operates from Barcelona with a Madrid office. Finteca, its sister/parent business line, was acquired by Swedish group Clar in November 2023.
