Deudafix is a Madrid-based legal-fintech that helps over-indebted individuals in Spain cancel unsecured debts through the country's 'Ley de Segunda Oportunidad' (Second Chance Law), combining a law-firm case model with a client tech portal (deudanet.es). Founded in 2019, it has grown to 150-300+ employees and claims over 100-200 million euros in client debt cancelled to date. It raised a €5M Series A from Axon Partners Group in 2023 and later signed a €25M debt financing deal (term loan + revolving credit facility) with BBVA Spark.
