Bnext is a Madrid-based Spanish fintech, founded in 2016, that launched as one of Spain's first neobanks offering fee-free accounts, debit cards, and P2P payments to consumers, raising what was reported as the largest Series A financing in Spain's fintech history ($25M led by DN Capital, 2019). Regulated as an Electronic Money Institution by the Bank of Spain since 2020, the company has since pivoted toward B2B "banking-as-a-service"/embedded finance, positioning itself as financial infrastructure that lets other businesses launch and manage their own payment services.
