Bnext closed an equity crowdfunding round on Crowdcube of more than €3.3M from 4,988 investors, 288% of its target. It was Crowdcube Spain's second-largest raise, and the first €1M came in within about an hour. The raise followed the €22.5M Series A and ran alongside it; it is filed as Series A because it had no stage of its own.
