Aldara
Aldara is a Barcelona-based, Y Combinator-backed (S22) 'administración de fincas' — a modern property/HOA manager for Spanish residential communities that automates back-office accounting, incident handling and owner communications with its own software, giving owners real-time visibility into community finances via web, WhatsApp and email. Founded in 2022 (originally launched under the name Lumo/Nestor before rebranding to Aldara), it raised a €2.7M seed round in January 2024 led by Y Combinator and Kfund, and manages communities mainly in Barcelona and Madrid plus other Spanish regions.
