Nester is a Spanish proptech/SaaS company offering an all-in-one cloud platform for managing rental properties, used by property managers, real estate agencies, large landlords and tenants across Spain. Its software automates contracts and digital signatures, rent collection and PSD2 payments, invoicing and settlements, tenant scoring and KYC, listing publication to real estate portals and incident management. Founded in 2020 and headquartered in the Barcelona area (Sabadell) with a Madrid office, it was accelerated by Lanzadera, manages roughly 25,000 properties for ~250 property managers, and has raised about €2.7M across a €1.2M round (Nov 2023) and a €1.5M round (Feb 2025).
