Zenova
Zenova is a Spanish proptech SaaS platform that digitalises end-to-end energy and utility management (electricity, gas, water) for real estate developers, funds and asset managers, covering supply switching, invoice control, cost optimisation and ESG/consumption reporting, with ERP integration. Founded in 2020 by brothers Jaime and Pablo García as Qlip, it rebranded to Zenova in 2025 and works with 1,200+ real estate partners including Metrovacesa, Culmia, Solvia and Greystar. It raised a €3.5M round led by The Lab Ventures Fund in 2021 (~$4.15M total) and won the Iberian phase of the ULI PropTech Innovation Challenge. It keeps offices in both Madrid and Valencia.
