Aldea Ventures is a Barcelona-based pan-European venture capital platform running a hybrid fund-of-funds strategy: it backs specialist pre-seed and seed-stage micro-VC and nano-VC fund managers across Europe (with a growing US angle) and co-invests directly in their standout growth-stage companies. Focus sectors include AI, next-gen computing, climate tech, health/bio and robotics. Since its 2020 launch, Aldea has backed 50+ fund managers and growth companies (Fund I alone backed 28 funds from 23 GPs, reaching 1,000+ underlying startups including Automata, Kenbi, Podimo and Sorare); Fund II held a €50M first close in April 2025 toward a €125M target.
