Barcelona-based Yaba (legal name Your Amazing Brand Amplifier), which buys and scales digital-native brands selling on Amazon, raised $85M (about €75M) in a mixed equity-and-debt Series A co-led by US fund Crossbeam Venture Partners and asset manager Tikehau Capital; because the two genuinely co-led, no single lead is recorded. Yaba had acquired 12 companies in its first year with combined turnover above $20M.
