Tauniqo (formerly TalentYou, born from the merger of AtheneaEdu and Chatfy) is a Barcelona-based AI platform that unifies corporate training and hiring through conversational roleplay simulations with AI avatars and AI-conducted competency-based interviews. It sells B2B SaaS to retail, staffing, hospitality, healthcare, financial services and higher-education clients including Leroy Merlin, Randstad, Manpower, Housfy, Affinity, OCA Global and Universitat de Barcelona, with an evaluation engine trained on 25,000+ interactions and ISO 42001 / ISO 27001 certifications. It raised a ~€1M pre-seed in October 2024 (plus ENISA and NextGenerationEU public funding), reported ~$1.5M revenue with ~14 employees in late 2025, and has been reported to be seeking a ~€4M round. It is headquartered in Barcelona/Olèrdola (Catalonia).
