OpenBroker

OpenBroker is a Spanish proptech that runs a real estate CRM and MLS (multiple listing service) network for the Costa del Sol and wider Spain, letting agencies manage their property and client databases, share deals with other brokers, and syndicate thousands of listings to their own websites and third-party portals. Founded in Marbella around 2021 by serial founder and engineer Gonzalo Franco, it raised a ~€3M round led by Sherry Ventures announced in January 2023, with the stated goal of becoming the official MLS for Spain. The company is small (2-10 employees) and headquartered in Marbella, and its founder's tenure ended in mid-2024.
