OpenBroker, the Marbella-based real estate CRM and MLS network founded by Gonzalo Franco, closed a €3M round led by Cadiz-based fund Sherry Ventures (via its Sherry Ventures Innovation I FCR vehicle, part-financed by the EU's ERDF/FEDER programme); the round was closed in December 2022 and announced publicly on 17 January 2023. No co-investors were named in the announcement, and databases report no earlier or later rounds — CB Insights lists total funding of $3.25M, i.e. this round alone, classified as seed.
