Brickbro raised a $5M Series A led by Gijón-based Torsa Capital, with participation from itnig, Roca Group Ventures, ICF Capital, the Institut Valencià de Finances and angel investor Andreas Mihalovits, to expand its commercial-real-estate marketplace across Spain. Nordic9 dates the close to 30 October 2023 while Crunchbase records the announcement as 2 November 2023; some databases also list ENISA participative-loan financing alongside the equity, which is a public loan and not part of the round. Earlier, in May 2022, real estate executive Juan Velayos subscribed an undisclosed capital increase and joined the board — no amount was announced and it was not reported as a round.
