PPaymefy
Paymefy is a Barcelona-based fintech that provides an AI-powered platform for debt collection and accounts receivable management for large companies. The software uses machine learning to automate payment reminders and recovery workflows across email, SMS, WhatsApp and voice, choosing the channel, message and timing for each debtor. It also offers flexible payment options, several payment gateways and real-time reconciliation, and is sold as a service to firms in utilities, telecoms, financial services, insurance, fitness and real estate. Customers include Holaluz, Audax, Cofidis, GoFit, Emergia and Parlem, and more than 1.5 million people have paid through the platform. The company was founded in 2019 and raised a €1.2 million seed round from Encomenda Smart Capital, Successful Ventures, MNext and Emergia, alongside participative loans from the Institut Català de Finances and ENISA.
