Kabilio is a Spanish AI platform for accounting and tax advisory firms (asesorías) that automates the exchange of documents with clients and turns invoices, bank statements and e-invoices into complete accounting entries pushed directly into software like A3ECO and A3CON. Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Barcelona, it raised a €4M pre-seed in November 2025 co-led by Visionaries Club and Picus Capital, with €200k from ENISA. The company says close to 100 accounting firms use the platform, reporting up to 50% productivity gains and ~85% time savings on repetitive tasks.
