Causa Prima is building an agent-to-agent network for B2B finance, connecting corporate buyers and suppliers on a single platform where AI agents on both sides handle invoicing, payment-term negotiation, dynamic discounting and dispute resolution automatically in real time. Founded by Maex Ament (inventor of dynamic discounting and co-founder of Taulia, acquired by SAP), Henrik Gebbing (co-founder of digital-asset custodian Finoa) and Philip Stanislaus (led 600+ enterprise security audits at Oak Security), it is dual-based in Madrid and Munich. It exited stealth in June 2026 with a $10M (€8.6M) pre-seed led by Creandum — reported as the largest pre-seed round ever raised by a company in Spain — backed by 50+ angels from Qonto, Pennylane, SAP, ING, SoFi, Lidl and Google DeepMind. It was founded in 2026.
