Causa Prima — Seed · $20M

Causa Prima, which uses AI agents to settle B2B invoice disputes and reconciliations, raised a $20M (about €18M) seed round led by Base10 Partners. QED Investors and FJ Labs joined, and Creandum, Kfund and Borusan Ventures invested again. It comes about four months after a $10M pre-seed and brings total funding to about $30M. The main team is in Madrid, with engineering in Munich and legal entities in Delaware and Germany.
