Picus Capital is a Munich-based early-stage venture capital investor founded in 2015 by Alexander Samwer, Jeremias Heinrich and Robin Godenrath. It invests from pre-seed to Series A in technology companies across sectors such as fintech, HR software, insurtech, climate and renewable energy, real estate, mobility, logistics, healthcare and AI, and takes a long-term, hands-on approach to supporting founders. The firm has made more than 170 investments across over 20 countries and has offices including Munich, London and New York. Its portfolio includes Personio, Enpal, Deel, Clara, FINN, Aspire, Kin Insurance, Limehome, Cayena and Silverflow.
