Lightbase is a Madrid-based AI code-intelligence platform that plugs into a company's repositories, developer tools and cloud services to build an always up-to-date map of its IT ecosystem and answer questions about how the systems actually work. It targets engineering teams in retail, logistics, manufacturing, finance and energy, promising faster onboarding, impact analysis before changes reach production and up to 50% less time lost explaining code. Founded in May 2025 by former Seedtag CTO Paul Goldbaum, it launched publicly in September 2025 alongside a €2.2M pre-seed round led by Picus Capital.
