Piper AI is a Barcelona-based AI sales execution platform that captures customer interactions across video calls, email, SMS, WhatsApp and Slack, then automatically updates the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive), drafts follow-ups and scores calls against sales playbooks. Founded in 2023 by former Google, Twitter, Stripe and Jobandtalent operators, it raised a €3M first institutional round in October 2023 co-led by Seaya Ventures, IGNIA and Shilling, with angels including the founders of Jobandtalent, Doctoralia and Colvin. Piper AI was acquired by French communications platform Aircall in May 2026 and now operates as a subsidiary, so it is no longer an independent startup.
