GGestair
Gestair is a Madrid-based executive aviation group founded in 1977, and Spain's largest business jet operator. It runs three business lines — Gestair Aviation (private jet charter, aircraft management and fleet operations, ~32 aircraft), Gestair MRO (line and base maintenance plus CAMO, from two hangars covering ~23,000 m² at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas), and Gestair Aeroplanning (flight dispatch and trip support) — with around 350 employees and additional bases in Barcelona and Valletta, Malta. It is a nearly 50-year-old private-equity-owned company: it passed from Nazca Capital to GPF Capital (2019) and, in May 2025, to Corporación Financiera Azuaga and Hyperion Fund for roughly €100M, and it is now being integrated with Brok-Air and ATS Aviation into the new Spanish aeronautical group Boost Air.
