Propper is a Madrid-based proptech SaaS/marketplace founded in 2021 that helps homeowners decide how to sell or rent their property: its algorithm analyses millions of transactions and agency reviews to audit and recommend the best-performing local real estate agents, while giving those agents a digital storefront and lead-generation channel. It went through the Lanzadera accelerator in 2022 and in 2025 valuation and consultancy firm Gesvalt took a stake in its capital. No funding amounts have ever been disclosed publicly.
