Modern Relay builds a shared 'context graph' foundation for enterprise AI — infrastructure that lets human teams and AI agents operate from a single, governed source of organisational truth across documents, communications and legacy systems. Its first open-source product, Omnigraph, is a Git-style lakehouse graph database that lets people and agents branch, propose changes in parallel and merge approved updates into a canonical graph, with early traction in BioPharma and enterprise AI deployments. Founded in 2025 and dual-headquartered in Barcelona and San Francisco, it emerged from stealth in April 2026 with a $3M (€2.5M) seed round.
