IKI Health is a Spanish digital health company building what it calls a 'Clinical OS' / prescriptive clinical intelligence platform for lifestyle medicine, longevity and women's health, aimed at boutique clinics, concierge medicine practices and health coaches. Its SaaS lets clinicians prescribe and monitor personalized programs across movement, nutrition, rest and emotional balance, with proprietary features such as FeelTrack emotional analysis and an L.A.I. score that predicts patient drop-off; it sells via annual subscription plans (roughly €690–€1,490). Founded in 2022 by Dr. Patricia Puiggròs and operating as IKI Health Group S.L., it is early-stage (self-funded/friends-and-family plus ENISA public financing, no disclosed VC round), won the CaixaBank EmprendeXXI award as the Balearic Islands' highest-potential startup in 2024, and in 2026 was selected among 10 of 400 European applicants for the Scaleup AI program in Boston. It is headquartered in Palma de Mallorca.
