Tucuvi is a Madrid-based clinical voice AI company that builds an AI Care Management platform for healthcare systems, centred on LOLA, an autonomous voice agent that calls patients, runs clinical and care-coordination workflows (post-surgical follow-up, chronic care, screening, medication management) and escalates to human clinical teams when needed. Founded in 2019 by biomedical engineers María González Manso and Marcos Rubio Rubio, it says it operates across 60+ health organisations in Europe and has completed over 300,000 patient calls, and claims to be the first platform to obtain European Class IIb Software as a Medical Device certification for both its voice agent and its care management platform. In January 2026 it raised a $20M / €17M Series A co-led by Cathay Innovation and Kfund's early-growth fund Leadwind; both co-founders were named to Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe 2025.
