Biow is a Spanish bioengineering company (research roots in Asturias since 2012, incorporated 2015/2020) that makes the E-OX system, a device using cold atmospheric plasma technology to create antioxidant "bioenergetic" environments that reduce oxidative stress and support cellular regeneration and sleep quality. It targets sports performance (used with elite athletes and the Spanish Olympic Committee) as well as broader wellness and clinical applications, and raised a €5M round led by Mundi Ventures in 2023 to expand into insurance and adjacent markets and fund clinical trials.
