Biow — Series A · €5M

Asturian company Biow raised €5 million led by Mundi Ventures for its cold atmospheric plasma technology, developed on the back of eight years of antioxidant research with Professor Ana Coto Montes at the University of Oviedo. The money will fund clinical trials in cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, oncological and degenerative conditions and prepare a global launch; the company reported around €30 million in revenue and 155 employees across Spain, Germany and the UK.
