Ravenloop is a Madrid-based cyber intelligence company that builds AI-driven predictive cybersecurity software for defense, national security and mission-critical environments, with products spanning threat detection and anomaly monitoring (Ravenseer/Raventrace), anti-phishing protection for email and messaging, and vulnerability analysis/adversary simulation. Founded in 2018 by Daniel Vidal and Óscar Rodríguez Sánchez, it works closely with Spanish government, military and large enterprise clients and employs roughly 20-50 people. In November 2025 Spanish PE manager Nazca Capital acquired a majority stake through its Nazca Aeroespacial y Defensa INNVIERTE I FCR fund, replacing prior financial shareholders (Cabal Capital, which led the first round, remains involved).
