Mission (rebranded from Demium/Demium Startups in January 2026) is a Madrid-based talent investor that backs exceptional individuals launching startups from scratch — with or without an idea, team, or product — acting as their first institutional investor. Since 2013 it has supported 250+ companies (e.g. Voicemod, Landbot, Citibox, Devengo) across pre-seed and seed stages; in Jan 2026 it consolidated its incubation strategy into a €35M pre-seed fund targeting ~80 companies with tickets of €250K–€2M.
