Then-named Demium Startups closed a €2.6M capital raise for the incubator itself — €100K above its €2.5M target, opened in August 2018 — to fund international expansion (London, Lisbon, Milan, Kiev, Minsk) and launch some 140 new companies. About 60% came from family offices, institutional investors and existing Demium shareholders and 40% from individual investors (minimum ticket €50K); no stage label and no individual investor names were disclosed, and the company said it was extending the round to reach €3.6M by February 2019, a top-up never confirmed as closed. Separate fund vehicles raised later by the firm as a manager — the €50M Think Bigger Fund I (Nov 2020), the Demium Central Europe Talent Fund I (Jul 2022) and the €35M Mission Fund I launched with the January 2026 rebrand to Mission — are fund closes, not venture rounds in the company.
