TTedCas Medical Systems
TedCas is a Spanish healthtech company that builds touchless, natural user interfaces — gesture, voice and augmented-reality control — so surgeons and clinicians can access patient data and control medical equipment without breaking sterility in the operating room. Its products include the TedCube controller, 3D/AR imaging interaction, and Matrix/VEGA remote support for medical equipment, and it has extended the same person–machine interaction technology into industrial clients such as VW-Navarra, Aernnova and ITP. Founded in December 2011 out of the University of Cantabria and backed by Sodena, Wayra (Telefónica) and StartUp Health, it has raised roughly $1.5M across seed and angel rounds. It is headquartered in Pamplona (Navarra).
