SSynthetrial
Synthetrial is a Spanish deeptech startup that uses generative AI to create synthetic patient data from small samples of real, anonymised patient data, helping pharma, cosmetics and medtech sponsors design, simulate and analyse clinical trials faster and at lower cost. Its models generate 'synthetic patients' that preserve statistically relevant distributions, letting trials reach significance with fewer recruits, predict trial evolution and discard weak research lines earlier. Incorporated as Synthetrial SL in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid) in June 2024, it holds ENISA emerging-company certification and has gone through the healthstart madri+d, RETECH Madrid and Kunsen digital-health acceleration programmes, winning Madrid Impacta 2025 'Social Enterprise of the Year'.
