RealFund

RealFund is a Spanish blockchain company that structures legally compliant tokenized investment vehicles, issuing security tokens (ERC-20 on Ethereum) that represent debt or equity backed by real-world assets — primarily real estate projects. Founded in 2019, it ran Spain's first real estate debt tokenization (a loan to renovate a coliving property in Barcelona), tokenized a luxury camping asset, and was selected in 2021 for Spain's financial Regulatory Sandbox to tokenize participatory loans, working with names such as Metrovacesa and Datacasas Fintech.
