Elna Health is a Barcelona-based clinical intelligence and knowledge-governance platform that turns scientific publications, clinical guidelines and drug databases into structured, visual clinical pathways clinicians can act on at the point of care, delivered via a mobile-first conversational app. Founded in 2025, it is a very early-stage healthtech/AI company (2-10 employees) that has reported 13,000+ registered clinicians across Europe within its first six months, a B2B pilot with a large private hospital group, and selection into the Care Forward accelerator at Station F (with Doctolib, Hôtel-Dieu/AP-HP and Roche) and the BSC AI Factory programme with access to the MareNostrum 5 supercomputer.
