CClinicgram
Clinicgram is the AI-based digital health platform built and commercialised by Barcelona-based Skilled Skin SL, turning a standard smartphone into a certified Software as a Medical Device (ISO 13485, CE class I) for the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of chronic wounds — notably diabetic foot — and other chronic skin conditions. It combines visible and thermal clinical imaging, clinical scales and EHR integration with explainable AI to guide non-specialist clinicians, and was developed with clinical partners including the Diabetic Foot Unit of Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Hospital de la Santa Creu in Vic and Israel's Sheba Medical Center. In June 2026 Spain's public tech-investment vehicle SETT invested €650k as part of a €1.65M capital increase; the company is a small team (~2-10 employees) expanding into the UK, UAE, Italy and Chile.
