Ainovis is a Spanish healthtech startup building multimodal generative AI for medical imaging diagnostics. Its product, Ainovis One, is a 'Smart AI Reporting' platform powered by Carolina, a virtual assistant for radiologists that captures dictations, drafts and structures reports in multiple languages, flags clinical inconsistencies and automates diagnostic test requests. Founded in 2024 in Madrid, it went through the Lanzadera accelerator in 2024 and closed a €680,000 pre-seed round led by Kunsen Ventures in 2026, with participation from radiologists Ana Canga and Luis Cerezal.
