DynamicsVR is a Spanish health-tech company that develops therapeutic virtual reality software for rehabilitation, treating musculoskeletal pathologies, chronic pain and motor impairment from acquired brain injury. Its platform combines VR and AI to automate and personalise neuromotor exercise programmes, allowing autonomous sessions in clinic or at home with remote progress monitoring; the company claims ~50% better adherence and up to 35% faster recovery. Founded by Carlos Guerra and Fernando Morales, it is deployed in 150-180+ hospitals, clinics and occupational-health mutuals and in 2026 closed a €1.3M round to expand into the rest of Europe and North America. It is headquartered in El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz), with operations in Seville.
