Geniova is a Madrid-based medtech company that makes invisible orthodontic aligners based on a patented 'hybrid' technique (The Fast Aligner), which combines a lingual nickel-titanium archwire with removable clear aligners and 3D virtual brackets to move teeth faster and more predictably than aligners alone. Founded in 2014, it designs and manufactures in Spain, employs roughly 80 people, and in January 2025 raised €13-15M in equity and convertible debt led by Inveready and CDTI Innvierte to fund expansion in Europe, the Americas and Asia; Swiss dental group Straumann has been a shareholder since 2017.
