Invisible-orthodontics company Geniova, known for its patented hybrid aligner technique, raised €13M combining equity and convertible loans, led by Inveready together with CDTI's Innvierte programme (which put in €3.6M) and existing shareholders. No venture stage was disclosed; legal advisers described the overall operation as worth up to €15M including associated financing.
