Ramensoft is a Barcelona-based software studio founded by three former Factorial executives to build "human-first" digital products in the age of generative AI. Its first product is Fika (fika.bar), a free blogging and newsletter platform for journalists, experts and independent writers, with a simple editor, built-in analytics, one-click newsletter sending and automatic translation into six languages that preserves the author's tone. The company started operations after a €400k seed round announced in December 2025/January 2026 that was funded entirely by the founders themselves (bootstrapped, no external VC). It is headquartered in Barcelona/Terrassa, and its legal entity RAMENSOFT SL was constituted in July 2024.
