NZI Helmets (legal entity NZI Technical Protection, S.A.) is a Spanish manufacturer of motorcycle and road-safety helmets — full-face, modular, open-face, off-road and children's models plus accessories — founded in Yecla, Murcia in 1983 and now run by the founding family's second generation. It has produced over 21 million helmets sold in 65+ countries, with a plant in Yecla and a production facility in Zhejiang, China, and reported roughly €4.2M revenue in 2023 with a target of €20-25M by 2029. It is not a VC-backed startup: it listed on BME Growth (Spain's SME market) on 20 June 2024 at a ~€15M valuation after a ~€3M capital raise.
