Motorcycle helmet maker NZI Helmets raised €2.4 million in a second capital-raising round in which Saudi investor Alhelayel Abdulrahman Abdullah took a 13% stake through Inmoinvest ARH SL and joined the board. Reports put total capital raised across both rounds at just over €3 million, ahead of the company's planned BME Growth listing; no venture stage was stated and NZI is a manufacturer founded in 1983 rather than a conventional startup.
