Cartel.es (legal name LegalTech Ventures, S.L.) is a Spanish legaltech / mass-claims platform that helps consumers and companies reclaim the 10-15% overcharge they paid on vehicles bought between 2006 and 2013, following the CNMC ruling against the Spanish 'car cartel' of 23-25 manufacturers. It combines a SaaS claims workflow with big-data case assessment and works on a no-win-no-fee basis (25% success fee plus €500), claiming over 100,000 claims managed and €150M+ filed. It is headquartered in Marbella (Málaga) and is funded by litigation finance rather than classic venture equity.
