Málaga-based legaltech Cartel.es, which files consumer claims over the 2006-2013 Spanish car price-fixing cartel, secured €25M of legal-asset financing led by UK firm IQuote Limited to expand across Europe. The company says it has already obtained favourable resolutions for more than 20,000 claimants; the deal is a legal-asset/growth financing rather than a staged venture equity round.
