Jubenial is a Spanish proptech marketplace specialising in real-estate liquidity solutions for people over 65 — bare ownership (nuda propiedad), sale with guaranteed lifetime rental, lifetime and temporary annuities, and reverse mortgages — connecting senior homeowners with property investors and real-estate professionals. Founded in 2023 in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid) and incubated by LaFinca Ventures Camp, it launched its MVP in January 2024 and raised a €100,000 pre-seed round in March 2024. The company reports having mobilised over €50M in real-estate assets, intermediated close to €6M, and reached positive EBITDA in its first year; in 2025 it launched a professional portal for nuda propiedad investors.
