Fecundis is a Barcelona-based reproductive medtech/biotech company developing sperm-focused technologies for assisted reproduction. Its lead product, HyperSperm, is a sequential-step kit that recreates in vitro the physiological transitions of sperm capacitation to improve IVF and ICSI outcomes, and the company is in the regulatory phase ahead of a planned market launch. Founded on sperm-biology research from Argentina (with offices in Buenos Aires and Rosario) and headquartered at the Barcelona Science Park, it closed a $2.4M seed round in October 2024 led by DuneGlass Capital.
