Cultural Fit Solutions is a Seville-based HR-tech spin-off of the Universidad de Sevilla that measures and predicts the alignment between people's values and an organisation's culture. Its Minzer.io platform applies the scientifically validated Cultural Fit Assessment Method (CFAM®) to diagnose corporate culture, screen candidates for cultural fit and issue a Values-Based Company® certification; the firm claims to have certified over 100,000 people and ~50 companies (Estrella Galicia, Ilunion, Iturri, MP Ascensores) across five Ibero-American countries. It raised a €150k first round from three undisclosed private investors, went through Lanzadera's Growth programme, and in 2025 was integrated into the Seville technology holding Grupo BGO to scale Minzer internationally. It is headquartered in Seville (Dos Hermanas / PCT Cartuja).
