Auctree
Auctree is a proptech marketplace for distressed and repossessed real estate in Spain, giving retail and professional investors access to bank-owned, fund-owned and judicially auctioned properties at below-market prices, with data, legal and advisory support through the transaction. Founded in 2021 by three co-founders (its CEO came from Goldman Sachs' real estate investing arm), it raised a €2.5M seed round led by Samaipata in 2023 to attack a Spanish distressed-property market it sizes at ~€15B a year. The company reports 9,000+ registered investors, 600+ properties sold and a team of 40+ advisors and lawyers.
